About the Play
Set in December 1936, The Game’s Afoot (or Holmes for the Holidays) follows William Gillette, an actor famous for portraying Sherlock Holmes on stage. Gillette invites his friends and fellow cast members to his castle for a weekend holiday gathering. But when a guest is murdered, he takes on the role of his famous character to unravel the mystery. With sharp dialogue, unexpected twists, and non-stop laughs, this production promises an unforgettable night at the theater.
